Watch my livestream to get a little taste of our class as I demonstrate how I get all my shades of green with just Viridian and a few other colors.
Supplies for Online Classes
You can find all supplies at Hobby Lobby (get help from an associate) or Amazon
• Watercolor paper (I recommend Hobby Lobby’s 9×12 pad. They go to 40% off every other week)
• Two flat brushes around ½ inch and a smaller ¼ inch - quality is not important. (We’ll be painting 1” squares and 1/4” rectangles so flat brushes are best)
• Watercolor paint colors in tubes
These sets have the 7 colors that we’ll be focusing on:

• A mixing palette - can be a glossy plate (white is best), a pad of palette paper or a simple painters palette. The watercolor paints will dry on the palette and stay there while we use them each week - and you’ll need a space for mixing.
• Supplies needed to draw the painting charts (pencil, ruler, eraser and a light table would save you time, but it’s not required)
• Cup or glass of water
• Paper towels
• Paint chip samples available free at Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot for color matching challenges
