Anne Shirley said it best:
"Isn't it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet?".
Hopefully we don’t make as many mistakes in a day as Anne with an “e” did, but I sure do love fresh starts. From Monday mornings to New Year’s Day, we toss yesterday behind us and run forward into the unwritten days before us. It gives me a sense of optimism and renewed excitement of what the possibilities ahead may be. I’m free to dream, make goals and envision what can be (before I have a chance to mess it up.
Spring is another fresh start that thankfully we are now entering. Whether it’s in the first buds to open in the still frosty mornings or fledglings experiencing their first sunrise, new life and beginnings are all around us. After a long hibernation and rest, the songs of birds and creation’s glorious beauty erupts and we feel alive again
In this grouping of paintings, you will find spring represented by blooms and births and I hope you will be filled with excitement for the days ahead and what you will do with the time before you.
