We’re not experientially familiar with anything being steadfast and unchanging. Everything is in flux and even those systems that have dependable patterns still have unavoidable variables and will eventually look different than it once did. Everything we know winds down in time or becomes affected by outside influences.

In contrast, we have a God whose love is steadfast, stable and constant. We cannot influence it one way or another. It will always be. And the earth in all of its beauty and complexity will be declaring the evidence of God’s existence and remind us that He is certain and unchanging in His love for us. Praise God!
