My most recent favorite subject matter, the sky.
I’ve been excited about painting this cloudscape since I found this frame. It looks like a fancy shaped window to me. The Bible says that the whole earth is filled with the glory of God - and as far as stunning brilliance goes, a sunset is just about the most glorious event we can experience here on earth. The intense colors, soft clouds and the gold brings us to awe and add in that its moving and changing as we watch. This image is courtesy of my son, who sent me a picture he took last week. It was perfect!
