How kind of the Lord to bring us to places of calm and rest even in the midst of our daily storms and unsettled circumstances. He is our peaceful place and we can find our rest in Him. How often we needlessly fear or worry when our Good Shepherd continues to care for us in His perfect timing. As we trust Him for all our needs, both physical and spiritual, the rest can be alleviated by staying close to the Lord with a constant diet of His Word while choosing to believe His promises. Let’s allow our souls to rest and be refreshed by what He’s already provided and trust that He will take care of what remains.
