Birthday: January 24, 1978
Favorite Color:
It really depends my mood. I love my deep red dining room and I often gravitate toward that color for many things. However when I want to relax, the colors here on my website are always very appealing to me. I tend to love the “in between colors” that are hard to nail down names for.
Favorite Things to Paint:
I love painting shiny pieces. Maybe it’s the highlights. There’s also a raspberry colored teddy bear that has made an appearance in several paintings. Lately pears have really appealed to me - I may be obsessed.

There are too many to name, but here are my all time favorites.

Favorite Artists

I am also blessed to have Landon, my wonderful baby to take care of. My days are full of laughing and playing with him. He is such a happy and content little guy - what a joy!

When I’m able to squeeze art into my life, I create in a number of ways. My primary focus is painting in oil, however at least every two months I pull out my graphic design hat for creating several magazine advertisements for a harp distributor in the States and a harp manufacturer in France. This year I plan to visit France on business for the third time to photograph their harps for use in magazines for the next two years.

When I don’t feel like getting out the paints, I pull out my jewelry supplies and hunker down for a while. This to me is more like playing than anything.

You can also find me pulling out my camera often. I usually do a few senior portrait sessions come graduation time, and also enjoy a quiet walk with my camera surrounded by God’s creation; however, there’s been a certain little pudgy fellow that has been the focus of my lens lately.
I’m sure I’ll find more crafty ways to spend my time as there are many creative outlets that interest me, but for now that is all that I can fit in the mix and still do justice to each area. Thank you for stopping by, reading about my life and taking a stroll through everything that I find beautiful about life. I would love to hear from you, so jot me a note!
